Since we opened our doors in 2011, the Advanced Education Foundation has been helping students fulfill their potential. We do this through personalized instruction from our Learning Specialist, working one-on-one with the student’s classroom teachers and academic advisors for the most efficient learning.

We’re excited to introduce an upcoming children’s division of Advanced Education Foundation, featuring The Cheeseburger Bird Series—a fun, engaging collection of stories designed to help children build confidence, empathy, and emotional resilience.
Each book will be paired with thoughtfully designed curriculum and activities, creating a complete learning experience for families, educators, and programs.
The first books in the series are already complete, with more on the way. This new platform will bring together storytelling, learning strategies, and interactive resources to support children in meaningful and memorable ways.

Carrie Manley is the founder of Advanced Education Foundation and the creator of The Cheeseburger Bird Series—a children’s book collection designed to encourage confidence, kindness, imagination, and emotional resilience.
After years of working in education and personal development, Carrie combined her passion for learning with a long-held creative vision to create stories that help children embrace differences and feel more confident being themselves.
What began as a playful idea carried for decades has grown into a developing children’s learning platform that combines storytelling, curriculum, and activities for families, educators, and child-centered programs.
Through humor, heart, and memorable characters, Carrie hopes to create stories children will laugh with, learn from, and remember for years to come.

Cheeseburger Bird may look a little different—but that’s exactly what makes him special.
Curious, kind-hearted, and wonderfully unique, Cheeseburger Bird finds himself in silly adventures that often lead to meaningful lessons about friendship, courage, empathy, and believing in yourself.
Through laughter, imagination, and a little cheeseburger magic, children are reminded that being different is not something to hide—it’s something to celebrate.
Each story in the series is designed to spark conversations, encourage creativity, and help children navigate emotions and relationships in a fun and memorable way.
Because sometimes the most unexpected characters teach the biggest lessons.
